Andrea leads RCI’s Management Consulting Practice. A specialist in general management, program, project and change management and organizational development, Andrea has over extensive experience working with individuals, the private sector, including small businesses, the public sector, international agencies and non-governmental organizations.  Andrea is an excellent communicator, facilitator, stakeholder manager and people engagement expert and works with clients to address strategic planning, leadership, commitment, accountability and trust issues which have the potential to undermine genuine, transformative change. Previously an internal organizational development consultant, program and project manager, Andrea works with senior management teams and their staff to discover their core competencies and strategic advantages, dream the strategic opportunities, select and design preferred strategies and objectives and use tactical plans and objectively verifiable indicators to achieve the organization’s vision and destiny. Her extensive experience internationally, including in the Caribbean, has honed her multi-cultural sensitivity and added unique perspectives to her approach.  Her track record includes internal and external consulting assignments in various roles and at various levels and she frequently collaborates with RCI’s Technology Team in the implementation of ICT, e-Government assignments and renewable energy projects.  In addition, Andrea was a member of the adjunct faculty at the Cave Hill School of Business, Barbados, designing and facilitating online courses and is an Eligible New York (NYSERDA) installer for residential and commercial photovoltaic systems.  She is a member of the Organizational Development Network (ODNet), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS).

Colin leads RCI’s technology and energy engineering and consulting practice.  Colin has over twenty-five years experience designing architecture and deploying information and telecommunications networks.  Specifically, Colin designed and deployed US$1.5 billions of the most technologically advanced networks in the world to transmit and store multimedia (video, data, and voice) content.  By strategically aligning with world-class technology leaders, Colin provided clients with the best in class in information technology and telecommunications products and services, which ensure that clients enjoy the full benefits of the IT revolution.  In addition to his academic qualifications, Colin received his Telecommunications Engineering training at the Royal School of Signals, United Kingdom Army. Having completed his basic and advanced PV training and courses in PV permitting documentation and Solar Sales, Colin is in the process of obtaining his certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) and as an Eligible New York (NYSERDA) installer for residential and commercial photovoltaic systems.  Colin is RCI’s inhouse design expert for PV solar systems.  He was a Maintenance Switching Engineer for Microwave Communications Inc. (MCI), Senior Engineer within the Advanced Customer Network, NYNEX; Manager, Strategic Planning, Bell Atlantic and Consulting Technical Member of Staff Network Planning, Verizon Global Network Inc. and as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, Verizon Technology Organization.
