In 2004, two Brooklyn New York college graduates approached RCI for advice on starting a web design business. RCI was tasked with:

 

•  Incorporating the business
•   Providing financial planning and analysis
•   Budgeting and tax planning, and
•  Developing a marketing strategy.

RCI undertook this assignment and developed business and strategic plans and provided guidance for implementation.  Today, Eflat has evolved into a highly successful and creative design firm located in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood.  The expertise of their team ranges from interactive design, motion graphics, print media, as well as, emerging internet technologies.  

 

EFlat now specializes in web design and creates rich media websites using Macromedia Flash, streaming video, games, and music.  This creates web experiences that would be limited if only based in traditional HTML and other older technologies.  Eflat has also diversified into areas such as CD packaging, poster art, and merchandise design.
